The online examinations for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBsXI) for recruitment of Group A –Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in August and September/ October 2022. The interviews for recruitment of Group A-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2022.

The IBPS RRB 2022 Notification for the posts of Officers Scale I, II, III and Office Assistants has been released by IBPS in the month of June. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs-XI).

For the posts of IBPS CRP RRB Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tiers i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Candidates who apply for the post of Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

For the post of IBPS CRP RRB Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.

Candidates who apply for IBPS CRP RRB Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III will appear for a single online examination and shortlisted candidates in the single examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.

Depending on the vacancies as per the business needs of the Regional Rural Banks and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Regional Rural Banks keeping in view the merit cum preference (state wise for Officers in Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose)), the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CRP for RRBs-XI will automatically expire at the close of business on the day which is one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier, with or without giving any notice.

IBPS CRP RRB 2022 Notification will be released for IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) 2022 and IBPS RRB Officer 2022.
CRP IBPS RRB is conducted every year for selection to the post of both IBPS RRB Assistant (Multi-purpose) and IBPS RRB Officer Cadre (Scale- I, II & III) in Regional Rural Banks of the country.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IBPS CRP RRB XI 2022 :
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit FOR IBPS CRP RRB (As on 01.06.2022) :  

For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - III (Senior Manager) - Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1982 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive)

For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - II (Manager) - Above 21 years -Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1990 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive)

For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - I (Assistant Manager) - Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2004 (both dates inclusive)

For IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1994 and later than 01.06.2004 (both dates inclusive)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE IBPS CRP RRB XI 2022 (as on the last date of Online Registration i.e. 28.06.2022)  

IBPS CRP RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) : i) Bachelors degree in any discipline  from a recognized University or its equivalent .
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
ii) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
iii. Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.

IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience : Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution

IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
1) Information Technology Officer :
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience : One year (in the relevant field)
2) Chartered Accountant : Certified  Associate  (CA)  from  Institute  of  Chartered  Accountants of India
Experience :  One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
3) Law Officer: Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with
a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience : Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years
4) Treasury Manager : Charted Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Experience : One Year (in the relevant field)
5) Marketing Officer : MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
Experience : One Year (in the relevant field)
6) Agricultural Officer : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a   recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
Experience : One to Two Years (in the relevant field)

IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science,   Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy
Experience :Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
HOW TO APPLY IBPS CRP RRB XI 2022 Application Form for Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs):
A candidate can apply for the IBPS CRP RRB Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees / intimation charges separately for each post.
Candidates can apply online only from 07.06.2022 to 27.06.2022 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for CRP RRB XI Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should—
(i) scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure III to this Advertisement.
(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
(iii) Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges
(iv) have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CRP. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.

For IBPS CRP RRB XI Online Application Form: Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS authorised website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link CRP for RRBs and then click on the appropriate option CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP-RRBs-OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III) or CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP-RRBs-OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose) to open up the On-Line Application Form.

Candidates will have to click on CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

APPLICATION FEE/ INTIMATION CHARGES IBPS CRP RRB XI 2022-
IBPS CRP RRB Officer (Scale I, II & III) -Rs.175/-for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs.850/-for all others
IBPS CRP RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Rs.175/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates & Rs.850/- for all others. Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidates    

IBPS CRP RRB XI EXAMINATION CENTERS :
1.The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. The tentative list of Examination centres for the Preliminary exams and Main / Single exams is available in Annexure II.
2. No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained.
3. IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
4. IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
5. Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and IBPS will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
6. Any unruly behaviour/misbehaviour in the examination hall may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from this exam and also from the future exams conducted by IBPS.
