The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for entrance to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in terms of Section 10 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 as amended in 2018 shall be conducted by the National Board of Examinations.
SCOPE OF NEET-PG 2022 :
NEET-PG 2022 shall be the single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses for the academic session 2022 which will include the following:
- All India 50% quota seats for all States/Union territories of India
- State quota seats for all States/Union territories of India
- All Private Medical Colleges, Institutions & Universities/Deemed Universities all across the country
- Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions.
- Post MBBS DNB Courses and Post MBBS NBE Diploma Courses
The following Medical institutions are not covered by centralized admissions for MD/MS seats through NEET-PG for 2022 session:
- AIIMS, New Delhi and other AIIMS
- PGIMER, Chandigarh
- JIPMER, Puducherry
- NIMHANS, Bengaluru
- Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum
The examination shall be held in 128 cities on 12th March 2022

The NEET PG examination shall be held as a Computer Based Test and shall comprise of 200 Multiple Choice Questions from the MBBS curriculum followed at medical colleges in India duly prescribed as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulation notified by Medical Council of India with prior approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
NEET-PG is a single window entrance examination for entry to MD/MS/Post Diploma courses. No other examination either at state level or institutional level entrance examination conducted by medical colleges /institutions shall be valid as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 with effect from 2022 admission session.

Examination Fee For Neet PG :
NEET PG Exam fee:
For SC/ST/PWD candidates : Rs. 3250/-
For General/OBC/EWS candidates : Rs. 4250/-
The above NEET PG exam fee is inclusive of examination fees and Information Bulletin. Information Bulletin will not be sold separately. Information Bulletin shall be available at NEET-PG website for information.

The prescribed registration fee should be remitted through payment gateway provided using a Credit Card or a Debit Card issued by banks in India or through Internet Banking. For more information, please visit the website www.nbe.edu.in
NEET PG Fees Shall Neither Be Refunded Nor Carried Forward If The Application For NEETPG is Rejected/Candidature is Found To Be Ineligible Or Candidate is Unable To Appear in The Examination.
