BANK OF INDIA OFFICERS Eligibility
Nationality/ Citizenship:
A candidate must be either i) a Citizen of India or ii) a subject of Nepal or iii) subject of Bhutan or iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) as above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination/ interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the Government of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him

Educational Qualification : (as on 1.12.2021)
Officer Credit (JMGS I) : A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (minimum 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) along with MBA/PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/three year programme) / Post-graduation degree in Commerce/ Science /Economics. (candidates appearing in the final year of examination of MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/three year programme)/ Post-graduation degree in Commerce/ Science / Economics are eligible to apply, However their final result should be declared on or before 31st March 2022.) OR Chartered Accountant OR ICWA OR Company Secretary
A certification in computer course for minimum three months OR information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards, is a must.
Credit Analyst (SMGS-IV) : Two years Full time MBA in Finance /PGDM in Finance / CA / ICWA Candidates from Institutes of national importance will be preferred.
Work Experience: 10 years of experience as an Officer in NBFC / Financial Institution having business mix of 1000 crores & above as on 31.03.2021 out of which 5 years experience in credit processing/credit appraisal/assessment / credit rating / balance sheet analysis / credit monitoring.
No Experience required.
Age: (as on 1.12.2021)
Credit Officers : Minimum 20 years – Maximum 30 years.
Credit Analyst: Minimum 30 years – Maximum 38 years.
PAY SCALE : Basic pay as below and other allowances and perquisites as applicable:
Junior Management Grade Scale – I (JMGS I) : 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840
Senior Management Grade Scale –IV(SMGS IV) : 76010-2220/4- 84890-2500/2-89890
