ORISSA JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (OJEE) 2022

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE-2022) will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode during 1st – 2nd week of June, 2022 (Tentative Schedule) for admission to First Year Degree Courses in B.  Pharm, Integrated MBA (5 Years), Lateral Admission to Second Year (Third Semester) of B. Tech./ B. Pharm and First Year Masters Degree Courses in MCA, MBA, M.Tech, M Pharm, M Arch, Plan, M Tech Exe.).

Consequent upon the provisions of the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act,2007, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination committee is formed on recommendation of Policy Planning Body with due approval by the Government ( Skill Development and Technical Education Department) following the resolution no:I-TTE-45/2013-3842/ETET dated 04.07.2013 for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations for admission to the Undergraduate/Postgraduate Level Professional Courses in the State of Odisha. For the 2022–2023 academic session, the Committee will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination for admission to Undergraduate Courses in (Lateral Entry) Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Postgraduate course like MBA, MCA, (Lateral Entry) MCA, MTECH, MPLAN, MARCH, MPHARM and Int. MBA in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-financed Institutes in the State. The Committee is also responsible to conduct the Counselling cum Admission process for Medicine, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic and Architecture in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-Financed Institutes in the State in a transparent manner.

ORISSA JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (OJEE) FOR MCA COURSES  

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE - 2022) will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode during 1st – 2nd week of June, 2022 (Tentative Schedule) for admission to First Year Masters Degree Courses in MCA. All latest information related to OJEE - 2022 will be available on OJEE’s official websites (https://ojee.nic.in) only

Candidates desirous of taking admission in the above programmes have to apply for OJEE –2022 through “Online” mode only. Candidates are advised to carefully go through the Information Brochure available on OJEE website.

The OJEE Information Brochure contains all the important information relating to OJEE – 2022 including instructions for making online application, important dates and notes for applicants, categories and reservations, eligibility criteria, subjects and syllabus etc

OJEE MCA Eligibility Criteria

Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.

OR

Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University).

Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE OJEE APPLICANT:  

One Candidate Can Submit Only One OJEE Application 

Selection of Appropriate Type of OJEE Application Forms: Choose the correct option and select the correct entrance test to appear among the available options. Once the candidate clicks APPLICATION FORM FOR OJEE-2020, FIVE numbers of links will appear as A, B, C, D and E as for OJEE MCA choose C.

Cost of application for OJEE MCA 2022 FORM – Rs 1000/-. 

Charges by Bank will be charged as per norm over and above the prescribed fee.

OJEE application fee once paid is non-refundable.   

PROCESS OF FILLING UP THE OJEE MCA 2022 APPLICATION FORM ONLINE 

The candidates are required to apply OJEE only online. Further, applicants are advised to follow the INSTRUCTION BOOKLET FOR FILLING APPLICATION FORM that is uploaded in the website.

Candidates can apply for OJEE - 2022 only through Online mode.

OJEE MCA Admit cards : All the Admit cards will be uploaded at OJEE website from Last week of May, 2022. The candidate has to download two copies of the admit card from the OJEE website which must be endorsed by the Invigilator of the examination centre for allowing the candidate to appear in the exam.

Availability of OJEE MCA Courses and Seat: On the basis of performance of applicants in OJEE-2022 entrance examination, the merit list of successful candidates shall be published for admission into various courses. The seat matrix uploaded in https://ojee.nic.in shows the total available/approved seats as approved for 2022. For MCA Table-16 of Seat Matrix which is available in Information Brochure OJEE – 2022.

Choice for OJEE MCA Examination Centres: The list of cities where the OJEE - 2022 will be conducted is given below cities. Of Information Brochure OJEE - 2022 while applying, candidates have to select any three cities in order of their preference.
