Candidates can apply for office attendant vacancies in one State only. The Bank reserves the right to increase / reduce the number of vacancies or not to fill up any or all of the vacancies or cancel the recruitment process.
NABARD Office Attendant Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Age (as on 1/12/2019 ) : Between 18 and 30 years.
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-12-1989 and not later than 1-12-2001 (both days inclusive) are only eligible to apply.
NABARD Office Attendant Educational Qualifications (as on 1-12 -2019) :
A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying. Such qualification should be from a recognized board.
In addition to the above, the candidate should be a domicile of the State/UT coming under the Regional Jurisdiction of the Regional Office to which he/she is applying for. Bank reserves the right to call for any valid document in support of domicile status of the candidate.
Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply. The applicants will be required to give self-declaration in this regard in online application/at the time of appointment and/or as demanded by the Bank during the recruitment process.
OFFICE ATTENDANT EMOLUMENTS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS:
(i) Pay Scale :
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.10940/-p.m. in the scale of Rs.10940-380(4)-12460-440(3)-13780-520(3)-15340-690(2)-16720-860(4)-20160-1180(3)-23700 applicable to Office Attendants in Group C and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs.24000/-
The available perquisites include NABARD’s residential accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of petrol for vehicle for official purpose, Newspaper, Book Grant, Allowance for furnishing of residence, etc., as per eligibility, dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalization as per eligibility; Interest free Festival Advance, Leave Travel Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents). Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education, Consumer Articles, Personal Computer, etc. The candidates selected for the post will be governed by the Defined Contribution New Pension Scheme, in addition to the benefit of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
(iii) Initial appointment of a selected applicant will be on probation for a period of 06 months, which may, at the Bank’s discretion, be extended for a further maximum period of 06 months.
(iv) Selected candidates will be initially posted in NABARD’s Head Office/Regional office for which they have applied. However, they are liable to be transferred anywhere in India.
OFFICE ATTENDANT SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The selection will be done on the basis of two phase Online Tests and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
State wise merit list will be prepared for final selection.The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added for preparing the final merit list for selection. Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II) will be considered for the final merit list.
HOW TO APPLY NABARD OFFICE ATTENDANT APPLICATION FORM:
Candidates can apply online only from 25/12/2019 to 12/1/2020 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Candidates to visit the NABARDs website www.nabard.org – career notices click on the option APPLY ONLINE which will open a new screen.
To register application, choose the tab Click here for New Registration and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS
indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
NABARD OFFICE ATTENDANT APPLICATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):
For SC/ST/PWBD/EXS : Rs. 50 (only Intimation Charges)
All others : Rs. 450
Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fee/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
OFFICE ATTENDANT EXAMINATION CENTRES:
The Nabard Office Attendant Online Examination will be conducted at various venues across the states as indicated in Annexure –III. Candidates will have to opt for a centre within the same state, they have applied for.
