AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM AGE LIMIT: (as on 01.07.2020)

18 to 42 years as on 01/07/2020

No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age for the post on 01/07/2020. Candidates should not be born earlier than 2nd July 1978 and not later than 1st July 2002.

AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM SCHEME OF EXAMINATION : The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the OMR based written examination.
The Scheme for the examination is as follows :
1- General Studies and mental ability
2- History, Economy, Geography, Politics

AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM CENTRES FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION : The candidate has to choose a district of his/ her choice for appearing for the OMR based written  examination.
He/she can accordingly indicate the order of preference of 3 districts among which he/ she will be allotted to one of the examination center as per administrative convenience.  

HOW TO APPLY  AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM PANCHAYAT SECRETARY (GRADE–V), WELFARE AND EDUCATION ASSISTANT, MAHILA POLICE WOMEN CHILD WELFARE ASSISTANT :
Candidates applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) application to obtain OTPR ID in the website  (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in ).
The applicant has to login in the website (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in) with the user name OTPR ID and the Password (Date of Birth) given by Candidate. After Login, the applicant has to click on the “Submit Online Application” in the home page. After successful Submission of Application, Application ID will be generated. 
Applicant has to proceed to the payment form.

For WARD ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY : The applicant has to login in the http://wardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in

AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM APPLICATION FEES :
Applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards application processing fee and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards examination fee.

(i) The candidate applying as non-local candidate in addition to his/her local district will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 100/- per district (Maximum of 3 districts) However, the following categories of SC,ST,BC,PH & Ex- Service men, candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) and  Additional Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per district (Maximum of 3 districts) only.

AP GRAMA/WARD SACHIVALAYAM MODE OF PAYMENT : The fee is to be paid online using payment gateway like net banking / credit card / debit card.
The list of banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee will be available on the website.
The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
IPOs / Demand Drafts are not accepted.
